Good morning the bird was photographed at Florina Northwest Greece August 16, 2019 is it cuculus canorus or cuculus optatus ?

Welcome to BirdForum. I can see why you think it might be Oriental Cuckoo optatus, although I'm not sure how easy it is to be certain even with a good picture like this. Hopefully others might be able to be more definite than I'm able to be.
 
Thank you Andrew , the bird is overexposed due to light conditions so the undertail coverts have more rusty buff color at the original photo and i can not determine whether the upperwing color is darker than the common cuckoo
