Insects in moth traps (1 Viewer)

Hi

Recently my moth trap has been attracting a buzzy shieldbug type thing that I have managed to track down as Forest Bug. Strange I've never had it before.
Something I need help with is a small ladybird shaped insect, dull pale brown with three narrow longitudinal black stripes, one central and one down each side. Any idea anyone?

How small is 'small' - one possibility is the larch ladybird (Aphidecta obliterata) which, surprise surprise is usually found on larch trees this is variably striped/spotted but has an M-shaped mark on the forebody.
