Kowa BD42-10 (1 Viewer)

Hi Anders

The only thing I have heard about these is from a friend who was at the Rutland Bird Fair last August. He tried them on the Kowa Stand and was very impressed. He uses Leica 8x42 BN and compared to these he felt the Kowa were equally bright and contrasty, and were lighter and handled very well. He felt they were a bargain at the price. Hope this helps.

Thanks!
It just think it is helpfull to hear other peoples experience with binoculars you are about to buy. It seemes to bee very few that have tried the Kowas - I can't figure out why? Is it that they are all optically the same in that pricerange (minolta, opticron, olympus) - all made in the same factory in China or Japan?
