Hi i have a opicron HR80 with HDF Zoom eye piece i want to attach this to a cp990 995 4500 nikon, not sure what the results will be like, would any one know of a suitable adapter for mounting the camera maybe specifically made for this setup ,also if i am disapointed with the results and decide to buy the new eyepiece for digiscoping from opticron is it the same diameter as there other eye pieces any help will be appreciated thanks paul

Hi Paul,
There a number of companies selling 'tube' type adapters made for the Opticron eyepieces ... L.C.E. (digiscoping.co.uk) and EagleEye. Buying the EagleEye digimount may make things easier if you decide to buy another eyepiece (eyepieces are rarely the same size) as you may be able to use the same digimount body, but just use a different rubber insert.
Could be an idea to ask Opticron.
Best regards, and let us all know how you get on.
Andy
