? Song Sarrow (1 Viewer)

I was thinking this was a Song Sparrow but the colored bill and light leg coloring was confusing me. Is this normal for a juvenile?? Taken today, Sussex county (northern) NJ.

The thin pink bill, tan color, and short tail make this a Savannah Sparrow.
