Green sea turtle with some marks on the shell (2 Viewers)

Here's a turtle photographed in Hawaii. What do you think the marks on its shell are?

I meant the black scratches on the back. These are not normal scratches. No parasite cleaners could have left them either (they are too small for that). Scratches from rocks? Maybe, but there are many rocks and turtles like to feed next to them in the surf. Why only this one has the marks? I saw many turtles, but never the one with such marks. A shark? I thought about it, but a shark expert said it was doubtful.
