I'd say Eastern Wood-Pewee on dusky breast and longish wings, but mostly on jizz - the photo is really low-res. Any chances of a better look?
 
Looks like a Great Crested Flycatcher to me. Based on the pics, the belly looks too yellow for pewee. Brown in the wings and tail, as well as bill mass would eliminate pewee as well.

Ah, now with the second photo I agree with Steve and Motmot - Great Crested Flycatcher.
