Starling - hybrid? (1 Viewer)

Would be very grateful for help with this one: The shape, the size, the long graduated tail, are typical for the Rüppell's Long-tailed Starling. The colour of the feathers and eyes for the Greater Blue-eared Starling, missing however the dark spots on the median and greater coverts.
The photo was taken beginning of September at Mbo wa Mtu near lake Manyara / Tanzania. The bird was together with a group of Ashy Starlings.

Thanks
Volker
