Pls ID the Harrier - Northern India (1 Viewer)

It was clicked in a Northern Indian Forest - Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve to be specific in the winter month of December. There are many migratory species in this region during the winter months. Pls help in IDing this bird. To me it is a Hen harrier but am not fully sure. Many Thanks.

Looks perfect for Hen Harrier IMO, in addition, I've seen more of that species in the area than any others, so I'd go for Circus cyaneus indeed. Welcome on Birdforum.
