Bird seen in bush Romania June 2018 (1 Viewer)

During a recent trip to the Dobrujea region of Romania in June this year I took lots of photos of birds and scenery.

It was some time later on, after I had returned home, home, that I noticed one photo ; that at the left hand extremity of the photo, there was a hitherto un-noticed bird perching in a bush.

I attach here a cropped version of the photo, and would be grateful please for any advice as to species.

I am hoping it can be confirmed as a Cuckoo, because that is what I suspect and hope it to be.

However I am not sure by any means about that.

I can't think of anything else but Cuckoo.
