Which speices of Hummingbird is this? Photo is from Baeza, November 2019.

On shape looks to me like a Brilliant, and for the location, with that green chest and the face markings, I'd suggest an immature Violet-fronted Brilliant.
 
I agree on Violet-fronted. I have pictures of the same bird turning its head and therefore switching between brown and violet impression.
