Juvenile tawny? Long billed? (Excuse the poor quality, I don't have PS on this machine).

My thoughts are Tawny too.

The darkish lores combined with dark centred median coverts point (me) to TP. Tawny is, to my eyes, quite a robust pipit and this individual sports a large bill, but not as long as in Long-billed.
