#1 Least Tern 1st calendar year
#2 Royal Tern with Common Tern to left, and presumably others behind
#3 Forster's Tern
#4 American Golden Plover
 
Or Black-bellied Plover as it is called in the US.

You can see the hind-toe, that eliminates Golden-Plover.
