It's just a standard request for posts requesting an identification - eg, images could be from Gibraltar last year rather than the UK today.

Thanks all - apologies for the lack of additional info (time/date). Observed today in Kent. I did think Black Kite also but photos are poor and I'm glad it's identifiable regardless.
