The second looks like a babbler or fulvetta, but no idea which one.

No guess on the phyllosc.

I wonder if the fulvetta could be a really messy Rufous-winged Fulvetta?

I thought of this (wing pattern), but the overall colouring looks rather subdued, and isn't the tail rather short?

I'd go for some age of a Rufous-throated Fulvetta. Tail does look short though. Angle?
