pipit, south England coast (1 Viewer)

two different birds, seen on separate days a few days ago, that i suspect are pipits, but not sure which type

the first picture of a bird near Seaton marina, the next two at the sea defences of Lyme Regis

can anyone help me narrow down the ID ?

thanks for the replies - just for a while I thought it might have been a water pipit, but obviously not

and yes, I only notice the missing foot when perusing the pictures - I hadn’t noticed it when observing the bird on the coastal defences
