Upton Warren (25 Viewers)

2 Little Egret and 3 LRP.

At approx. 11.00 am Bob O picked a tern circling quite high above flashes.

On looking at bird was astounded, but delighted, to be able to call a Sandwich Tern. Unfortunately just circled a few times and flew off to the north.

Think Bob might have a better image.

New for the year ( #110) - Sandwich Tern

Old Oak tree.

Some off you have probably noticed already but the old oak tree opposite the Flashes hide has lost its top section.

Apols if this has already been covered ( I Did go back 10 pages). There was a BHG on the Moors this morning with a silver ring on the left leg and a white ring 24H0 on the right leg.

The code doesn't ring a bell but the ring sounds like it's from the Cotswold Water Park programme; I will do some digging.

Bobby Potter's pics. he kindly lent me his memory card, for me to post . I have heavily cropped them.B :)
