4. Cappadocia. I don't have close up pictures. But does anyone know birds that nest on those rocks?

Tough call from there; other pics I've seen from the Göreme area show a majority of wild-type plumage but also some 'chequerboard' variants; they have small ceres, which also supports wild-type. I'd suspect though pretty much as good wild Rock Doves as you'll find anywhere these days - but that that isn't saying much!

I can't see a cere on these pictures but if they were Feral Pigeon I would expect to see a greater variety of plumage so as Nutcrackwr say they may be as good as Rock Dove gets. Having said that based on this photo I think it would be prudent to let these go
