Treefrog - Brazilian Pantanal (1 Viewer)

Could anyone confirm the i.d. of this treefrog please?

Photo was taken at the Fazenda Santa Teresa at around Km33 on the Transpantaneira Road, South of Pocone, Mato Grosso state.

We were advised that it was a Milky Treefrog (Trachycephalus typhonius) but I can't remove doubts from my mind.

Many Thanks

Thanks Andy,

Glad you reached the same conclusion. It's not that I had any specific reason for doubting the original i.d. I had googled it and other species found in the same locale but just had 'one of those feelings'. There's so much scope for misidentification with neotropical treefrogs, as I'm sure you're aware.

Appreciated
