Wee bit of advice please (1 Viewer)

I've got a security alert window constantly appearing today..It says HBTV.exe is attempting to access the internet.
Norton is recommending to block always but each time i click that the window goes then reappears a short time later.
I've no idea what the programme is for...should i just permit the access?

Hi Tom, I think you need to go a step further than blocking this, it's a Hotbar Adware infection.
