Rock Dove (1 Viewer)

Hi All,

Just had this bird land in my garden, 14:30 9/6/19.
Could anyone confirm that it is a Rock Dove?

I managed to get some numbers and letters
from the red ring on it leg but could not get them all

The ones i got are 288...96 H

Thanks for you help

Sorry, it's a racing pigeon, it is in Rock Dove colours, but the location and the closed ring on the leg gives away its origins.
