Raptors sp., Rajasthan, India in December (1 Viewer)

Looking for some raptor clarification. All birds here seen on New Year's Eve Day in Rajasthan, just west of Jodhpur.

#1) Assuming this is a Eurasian Griffon, but would be happy to be corrected! I have more photos of this individual if needed.

#2) Aquila sp. - included Egyptian Vultures for size reference. Appeared much larger than the vultures.

#3-5) Same bird as #2 now in flight, but with 2 additional Aquila sp. in the background. Egyptian Vulture included for size reference.

#15-16) This Aquila sp. seen same day at a different location a bit further west, 50 km from Jodhpur.

I agree with #1 the rest I am ????
 
1- Indian Vulture i think
2 to 5- Steppe Eagle and Egyptian Vulture, ad and imm.
11 to 14- Steppe Eagle probably
15,16 Greater Spotted Eagle maybe

not enough experience with indian vultures, I skip
otherwise I agree and suggest juv. Bonelli Eagle for 6-10 (flying bird)
 
ok to make it clearer: flying bird is Bonelli’s Eagle (look at the underwing) together with Steppe and Egyptian in pics 3-5
no idea with pic 2, just blurry
