I just happened upon this site while looking for some camera tips for bird photography but I got hooked at once. Awesome site both for tips and photos. I was a keen birder in my younger years but I had to put this hobby aside because of work, family and more work (although whenever I could get outdoors I took a pair of binoculars with me). Now, however the old longing for the feathered creatures is back and I may have a bit more time, too -- that is why I am here. I hope to find lots of useful advice and pure enjoyment here.
