Juvenile Blue-eared Kingfisher? Goa, India (1 Viewer)

I initially thought this was a common kingfisher, but on closer look, based on the orange lower bill, darker blue upper-parts, the bluer back and rump as well as the deeper orange underparts, I think this is a juvenile blue-eared. Am I correct?

Sorry, but it is adult female ( lower mandible partly reddish) Common Kingfisher in completely fresh plumage.

Probably yes, the ones I've seen in Goa were noticeably smaller than the one in Northern Europe.
