Who Makes the ZEISS Tripod and Head? (1 Viewer)

Your link does show a system that could be Benro or indeed Velbon, carbon fibre legs. The compression leg locking system is slower than the clip type in setting up and putting away.

The previous Zeiss tripod and head systems were regarded Manfrotto systems.https://www.googleadservices.com/pa...ahUKEwj2wq3M27LeAhVDDcAKHaEkCTsQwg8IIQ&adurl=

Some of the older systems can still be bought but these are alloy as opposed to carbon fibre legs.

My combination is a Swarovski carbon fibre set of legs with a Manfrotto fluid head.....smooth action and easily takes a scope up to 90mm objective.
Depends on your budget, Gitzo if you've the dollars spare.

If you want serious stability have a look here:

I have used several of it's siblings and they damp down vibration very well. They are old, not quite the lightest but are not be phased by a 100 Kilo load. Both my G1329 and a friend's G1327 (same legs and leg locks) would easily support me. Spares are still freely available at :

This tripod will be a little heavier but vastly superior.

I am not an expert on heads - FAR from it! Personally I use a Manfrotto 701 HDV which seems pretty good but is now discontinued. Their newer 500 series look very promising though.

Happy hunting.
