Hi, I'm Chazz. Just stumbled onto this site as I was searching for a bird ID book. I think maybe I'll hold off on buying it until I've learned my way around here a bit. Hopefully I can get some good advice from the members here. I sure have a lot of questions for you guys.....and girls. I love to photograph birds, and in doing that have really become interested in learning more about them. see ya around. Chazz

Hi there Chazz and a very warm welcome to you from the staff here at Bird Forum.

The site might seem a bit daunting at first but you will be surfing the threads in no time.

We are also building a huge data base of birds of the world so please avail yourself of all the gallery pics and the data base to help you try to i.d. a bird. You can also put a pic of your bird under the bird. I.D. thread and I promise you, usually withing minutes, a very knowledgeable member will have an answer for you. Again, welcome aboard.

Chazz,
Welcome to Birdforum. I'm sure you'll enjoy it here and like KC said, if you need help with a bird ID or anything about its behavoir, etc. Just post the question in the Bird Identification forum and you'll find out all that you ever wanted to know about that bird. It's a great resource.

Hi, Chazz! Here's one more welcome!

As KC has said, don't let the size of this site intimidate you. Yes, it's HUGE, but you can find everything bird-related under the sun here.
