Albatross - Peterborough, Victoria, Australia

Several seen in flight and floating on ocean. Appeared to be small / Thalassarche species. Distant shots, cropped, poor quality, sorry. Any thoughts?

difficult to judge on these distant shots but the seemingly yellow bill and greyish head suggests Shy

cheers

Underwing pattern rules out Shy.

Black Browed/Champbell for me.

Cheers

I agree with Black-browed/Campbell. Photo quality looks good enough to eliminate juvenile/1CY Buller's on the underwing pattern and apparent lack of a dark tip to the bill. The apparent gray head must be just shadowing / lighting.
