Baltimore in May (1 Viewer)

Chances are very good I'll be going to Baltimore this May 2008 for the Preakness Stakes.

I'm planning on adding an extra day to my visit so I can go birding.

I've already checked out the BaltimoreBirds.org web site.

The website mentions two birding spots around Baltimore, the Cylburn Arboretum and Lake Roland.

Looks like I'll probably be staying in Towson or Pikesville.

Can someone give me any more ideas as to where to bird around these areas. As I'm new to the Baltimore area I don't really want to travel to far from my motel.

Right now I'm really leaning towards the Cylburn Arboretum but I'm open to any and all ideas or suggestions.

Preakness Stakes

I was wondering if to go this year to the Preakness Stakes or not. But I think it will be so exciting. A friend has advised me to go and he even recommended me a site where to compare ticket prices because there are some prices which I could not afford. And I think it’s something interesting because this way I will look for the cheapest tickets.
