After spending many hours visiting, finally decided to join up! I've been a bird and nature lover my whole life- so I'm very happy to have found this forum! Seems like a diverse and knowledgeable membership group. I've already benefited from what I have learned here.

Nice to be on-board!!!
I'm looking forward to my time here.


BTW- an owl is LOUDLY hooting outside my window as I type!

Owls are great aren't they? I built a screech owl nest box behind my house. It's been there 4 years, but only had a nesting pair once. I should post some pictures of the babies!
