I am planning a trip to La selva/Selva Verde some time this fall. I know it's the rainy season, but I have had better luck in places like Bolivia and Belize in the Rainy season. I am a photographer looking to spend 10 days photographing birds, snakes, and other wildlife. Looking for a little first hand advise from anyone who has spent time there Sept to Nov. I am pretty much sold on La selva, but interested in anyone else's opinion on the matter.
