Gila Woodpecker in Pleasant Hill, TN (1 Viewer)

A friend sent this to me. Definitely not a Flicker. If it is in fact a Gila Woodpecker it would be unusual as they are normally found in the Southwest US and Mexico

I now see there is very little activity on this forum

Any suggestion as to where to post this RBR (Rare Bird Report, I think)?
