A friend sent this to me. Definitely not a Flicker. If it is in fact a Gila Woodpecker it would be unusual as they are normally found in the Southwest US and Mexico

I now see there is very little activity on this forum

Any suggestion as to where to post this RBR (Rare Bird Report, I think)?

It is a female Red-bellied Woodpecker, which is common in Tennessee.

Agree. Gila Woodpecker males have a small red cap that doesn't reach the nape, and the females lack any red on the head.
