very difficult pictures! Uppertail coverts leave us with either immature Greater Spotted or immature Eastern Imperial. Both have lighter inner primaries and white spots on upperwing and GSE can show such a light vent. The overall brownish lesser coverts and body, the rather long wings make me think EIE
more opinions most welcome

For me this looks to be an older subadult Greater Spotted Eagle. The all-dark remiges with restricted white primary flashes fit GSE rather than a younger immature Eastern Imperial. One would expect an older subadult EIE to show a dark subterminal band on the inner primaries and more mottled upperwing coverts. The large white vent, medium-sized bill and chunky jizz, with broad wings and not-so rangey wings also look spot-on for GSE.
