Warbler ID, Lands End, UK. (1 Viewer)

I was at Lands End on Tuesday trying to photograph a Short-eared Owl at Treeve Moor (seems that it had already gone), when I took a few shots of a warbler (link below).

With just a couple of brief glimpses in harsh early afternoon sunlight, combined with my pathetic ability to ID warblers, I assumed it was just a Whitethroat, maybe Lesser.

However, looking at the photos this evening I'm not so sure, and would be grateful for any suggestions (civil ones if you can please! ;)).

Thanks,
Matt

Thanks Deborah.

The harsh light made processing a bit difficult, and the throat doesn't stand out in the photo as much as it did to the eye.

Cheers,
Matt
