This bird was perching in cedars in a power-line cut with a stream below it. I was only able to see it for a moment. It looked like it might be a flycatcherof some sort(only had a short glimpse)- but sounds like a warbler. Can you identify it by this song it kept repeating?-thanks

Sounds like a White-eyed Vireo to me. "Pick up the beeeer check!"

I agree, I think I hear White-eyed Vireo and Song Sparrow in that clip
