hello,everyone.
I want to have a birdtour in Laos and Cambodia, but I don't know how to go to the bird spot,so I think I need a local birdguide or birdpal, can anyone recommend some people who can arrange this tour to me?If you know, please tell me how to contact him.Thank you!

These are well known in Cambodia http://www.samveasna.org/

but be aware that they are not cheap and there are occasional comments about poor value for money. I know the Prek Toal boat trip is pretty expensive in what should be a very cheap country?

Read Trip advisor and decide for yourself.

I'm not aware of any guides in Laos, there is no birding or eco tourism infrastructure at all that I'm aware of on a local basis? Be prepared also for the heart breaking sight on some roads of caged dogs heading for the food markets in Vietnam.
