This image 6270 of a King Fisher was taken in West Yorkshire in Aug 2005 using a 100-400 image stabilizer Canon lense on a Canon 10D body with the use of a tripod and hide and 3 weeks of waiting and watching. 8-P

Hi Jamie,

This forum is specifically for details of the Monthly Photo Competition rules/queries/results.

If you want to take part in the competition for October I suggest you wait until later today/ tomorrow when the rules for that competition will be posted in this Forum.

Cheers and yes i do want to enter the competition. I only joined yesterday and am not sure how and when to enter any copetitions, any advise would be help full.

Any photos for the competition will need to be posted in the gallery. I will remove the other posts you have made in this forum.
