Hi all, new to the forum but I like taking photos of wildlife and especially birds. A regular visitor to Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory and was doing a bit of volunteer work before my health got worse. Off to New Forest in the Summer and looking forward to snapping some birds, especially kingfisher and if I can make it down to Portland, some Puffins.;)

Welcome to BirdForum! I am sure you will find lots to interest you here, and I hope you enjoy your visits. I hope you enjoy your Hampshire Holiday!

Thanks Kits, I am sure I will, both interests in the forum and the holiday. Perhaps you could give me the heads up on the best place to get a kingfisher image. I am thinking Blashford Lakes, we are staying at Godshill!
