Plant ID, Algarve. (1 Viewer)

I spotted this (single) plant growing on the edge of a sinkhole in Carvoeiro. I have tried to ID it but to no avail.

Help with an ID will be appreciated.

Its Sedum sediforme - at the more resting stage, its more recognisable in flower. It grows in rocky places on undisturbed ground and fixed dunes, typically alkaline like the cliffs at Carvoeiro.

While I have your attention:king: I have another flower for an ID.

Is this Barbury Nut Iris? Also growing in the same area.

Yes, Barbary Nut Gynandriris sisyrinchium - one of our native Irises. Also, a nice little carpet below of Paronychia argentea, of the carnation family.
