Good morning all, I am looking for a replacement case for the 10x42EL, Ideally only just big enough to fit the binoculars nice and snug as will be used more for just protecting in storage etc any suggestions apart from the new fieldpro bag ?

Hello Adam,

Have to agree with Pileatus on the Vortex Viper soft cases. Well made with a case carry strap, internal zipper pocket for small accessories and plenty of space for both binos and neck strap. I use these in the field and the fast opening heavy duty clasp makes for quick viewing deployment. Have my EL10X50SV in the 50mm case (see pic) and my EL8X32SV in the smaller version.

HERE is the 42mm size, however not sure if they are available in the UK?!

Ted

Thank you again, if picked up a case that was on offer at my local camera shop, it’s a Steiner hard shell which although slightly too big will do for now to protect them while not in use.
