What is the commonest breeding Bunting in the area? Then work out an identification from that. Juveniles are quite tricky.

Admittedly on a small screen but nevertheless I think I detect a yellowish wash towards the vent area, so juv Black-headed Bunting would be my guess.

Small grey bill, streaked grey head, white tips to median coverts and white outer tail all seem to fit quite well for juvenile Rock Bunting - which we know from Shahrzad's initial post was present in the same area.
