On a yellow-tailed oriole, the outer tail feathers (which dominate the view from below) are yellow all the way to the tip. This is not a YT.

Looks like Orchard to me, based on the wing more than anything, and I don't see anything wrong with the rest of the bird for Orchard. Note that Yellow-tailed would be pretty rare in the proximity of San Jose. eBird shows Black-cowled, Baltimore, and Orchard as the likely candidates.
 
Nice image of Orchard Oriole. Yellow-tailed is very rare in Costa Rica, does not normally occur at that site and has a yellow shoulder/wing bar among other features.
