Fuji X Pro and Nikon 1 V1 for digiscoping (1 Viewer)

I have both of these cameras with F mount adaptors. I have the opportunity to pick up a Nikon 60ED scope with a F mount adaptor.

Can I put these things together?

I think the Fuji XP1 would be a potential great camera for digiscoping.

Thoughts/Comments appreciated.
