Which Pelican over Singapore? April 2018 (1 Viewer)

Saw what I believe to be a Pelican flying in a south easterly direction (towards Indonesia?) with a couple of Milky Storks.

They were quite high up and the photo quality is not good. Is it possible to identify which Pelican this is from the underwing pattern (what can be seen of it)? Could this be a Spot-billed Pelican?

Appreciate help with ID.

Not that I've ever seen a Spot-billed Pelican but the underwing pattern with rather dark remiges, pale band and seemingly rusty coverts does indeed look good for an immature Spot-billed.
