We recently went to Thailand again but managed to get into Huai Kha Khaeng this time, a reserve not easily accessed (and I didn't see many reports about that reserve ob the net), trip report is on my site:

H, the park is closed to the general public to avoid disturbances to the wildlife there. Understandable, but a shame nevertheless; it is the largest single forest remaining in SE Asia,

Mike, Burmese Python it is.
