2 - Black-headed - note dark eye
3 - mostly Brown-headed in foreground - note white iris - but I think at least a couple with dark eyes toward the rear for Black-headeds.
Red ticks: Brown-headed
Yellow + : Black-headed
Bird with head ringed in blue - think this might be an immature Slender-billed, note the pale eye, slender bill, and lack of a cheek spot :t:
Do you have a larger size original you could post?

Nutcracker, the two birds you've marked with a yellow "plus" sign are surely Slender-billed. The juvenile could also be Slender-billed, although it has a pale eye.
I agree with degu that no. 4 is a female Eurasian Teal, not a Mallard.

I'd assumed Black-h, from the dark eye - but it's true the pale eye on Slender-b can be hard to see, particularly with this pic small and out of focus. You're probably right :t:
