White Winged Lark

I wonder if anyone can provide details of where to find White Winged Lark in Russia, preferably as a side trip from the Trans Siberian Express route or as close to Lake Baikal as possible?

Many thanks in advance

Chances are low, unless you detour to Kazakhstan
Mongolian larks are possible east of Baikal
