Harlequin frog? (1 Viewer)

I have seen these at the Choco department of Colombia, but don‘t know which species it is. I am not even sure if it is a frog or a toad and I have learned that harlequin frog is not a scientific name. Does anyone have an idea?
Thanks for any help
