Shenandoah NP,VA,USA-June,2019 - Warbler

To me it resembles Townsend's Warbler but it supposed to be a western species.
Help.

These are Blackburnian Warblers.

eta: They have the male wing pattern, but are not as orange as fully adult males, so either they camera setting is off or they are year-old males. Townsend's Warblers would have a lot of green color on the back and less white on the wings.
