I think (3) and (4) are Yellow-legged Gulls rather than Caspians.

No Caspians here.... all YLG's except (2) and (8) which are Herrings.
(4) has rather caspish 2nd gen scaps

Dean is absolutely right, apart from 2 and 8 (herring gulls) all are YLGs.
as for their age:
1 = a very retarded 3cy, lacking a grey mantle/scaps
5 = 4cy
others aged correctly.
