Remote Camera Setup (1 Viewer)

I want to set up a camera box to house my Nikon D70s. I'm looking for a way to trigger the IR shutter from a distance of 75'-100'. The camera will not be facing in my direction but pointing to a focal point of my habitat. I'm not interested in keeping the AF/AE capabilities of the camera since these will be preset when I fix the camera for the day's activities.

Any suggestions.
